MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN & roadside assistance

STUCK ON THE ROAD?

If your vehicle happens to break down, we’ll work to get you back on the road as quickly as possible, which is why breakdown assistance is included in our rates.

Drive any Echo Rental vehicle with confidence knowing that if a mechanical fault occurs, you’re covered for the help you need to get moving again.

Please note, this cover doesn’t extend to issues like running out of fuel or locking your keys inside the car, but you can add Roadside Assistance as an optional extra to cover those situations. If you experience a breakdown.

Please call the 24/7 roadside assistance line at NRMA 13 11 22 if you have the coverage within your rental.

The membership authorised access name will be located within the reservation email you have received when you made your booking.

If you do not have roadside assistance coverage, you will need to organise your own assistance or you may get in touch with Echo Rentals and you can incur a call-out fee of $150.
